Chili Crunch Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

6 Persian cucumbers

2 tsps salt

1 tbsp soy sauce

2 cloves minced garlic

1 tbsp Chili Oil Crunch Mix

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tsp sesame seeds

Directions

Wash cucumbers and cut off the ends.

Place one cucumber between two chopsticks and make thick diagonal slices. Flip the cucumber over and do the same thing on the other side. Repeat this process until all cucumbers are sliced.

Sprinkle salt over cucumbers and massage. Let cucumbers rest for 5 minutes and then wash/drain with cold water 3-4 times.

Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour dressing over cucumbers. Mix and enjoy!
